THE INVITATION
Breath slowing. Voices rising. Salt on skin, maybe.
As we stand at the edge of the vast ocean, we remember that it has been regenerating itself for longer than we can imagine, not by pushing harder, but by trusting its own currents.
There is wisdom in that. Ancient, patient, alive.
Moving Wisdom is designed for that remembering. It is an invitation to reconnect with that same sense of power and flow, within you.
For conscious women ready to come back to themselves and to the group.
WHAT MOVING WISDOM IS
Sustainable yoga, fascia release and a women circle, held by the sea, by community, and guided by the intelligence of your own body and the intelligence of nature.
1 · Sustainable Yoga & Fascia Floss
A grounded, fluid practice that honours your body's innate intelligence. Anatomy-informed and accessible, this is movement as conversation, not performance. We work with the fascia, the living connective tissue that holds your history, your patterns, your held breaths. Through targeted, gentle movements, we invite the body to unwind, from the inside out, and remember what ease feels like.
2 · Guided Nature Circle
We begin in the body. We continue in community.
Guided by the intelligence of nature and held by the rhythm of the sea, the circle is a space to arrive fully. No script, no performance, no agenda. One week before we gather, each participant receives a small personal invitation: a fragment of nature's wisdom to sit with and explore. Dip your toes or dive in. The circle meets you where you are.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
A body that feels like somewhere to live. Tension released, breath restored, ease returned. The kind of reset that a weekend away promises but doesn't always deliver.
Clarity from the inside out. In conscious, curious and alive community, things become clear. What you are carrying. What you are ready to put down. What wants to be revealed.
FOR THE OCEAN, TOO
10% of all proceeds go directly to ocean impact projects. Because the sea gives and teaches us interconnection and care.

FAQ
What is fascia, fascia flossing and do I need experience?
Fascia is one of the great wonders of the body, still mysterious in its magnitude, and still being understood by science. It is the living connective tissue that runs through your entire body, wrapping itself around every structure: organs, joints, blood vessels, nerves, lymph, down to the level of the cells themselves. It has no fixed shape of its own. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is called the formless organ, the form that has no form. And yet it very much forms us. In TCM, the rivers and pathways of fascia are understood as conduits for Qi, the life force that connects, nourishes, and enables communication across tissues, organs, and cells, from the inside out and the outside in.
Fascia is also the keeper of your stories. Every tension held, every moment of contraction, every time you made yourself smaller: fascia holds that too.
Previously, we could only access this tissue from the outside in, through deep tissue massage, foam rolling, or Rolfing. Fascia Flossing works differently. It transforms the deepest tissues from the inside out, through targeted, accessible movements that speak the native language of this tissue. The result is unwound patterns, released tension, restored ease, and space where your voice actually lives.
You don't need experience. You just need to show up.
Do I need to be flexible or fit?
Not at all. The practice is low impact, anatomy-informed, and open to every body. We move to reveal, not to perform. No specific experience needed. No yoga body required. You just need to show up.
What happens in the circle?
Dip your toes or dive in! It is entirely up to you, and up to the moment. There is no script, no right or wrong way to arrive. Our one guideline: throw sunshine, not shade. The circle is held with an open heart, guided by nature's wisdom, and designed to feel both safe and fresh.
What's included?
A 2.5 hour morning of sustainable yoga and fascia flossing followed by a guided nature circle. Plus a personal pre-workshop invitation, sent one week before we gather.
