Fascia Flossing & Guided Impact Circle

Promotional poster for an event titled 'Your Voice Revealed' featuring fascia flossing, guided impact circle sessions designed for impact makers. The event is scheduled for June 2026 from 9:30 to 12:00 at Tiny Mighty Studio, with a background of abstract blurred lights and a silhouette of a person's face obscured behind textured glass.

WHY THIS, WHY NOW

You know that ideas don't change the world. Voices do.

We live in a time of extraordinary noise and surprising silence. More platforms than ever, and yet we have never edited ourselves more. This workshop is an invitation back.

Over two and a half hours, we invite you into movement, conversation and connection, with your own body, and with one another's impact.

For and by impact makers who are ready to find the ground from which their impact moves.

1. Fascia Flossing - 60 min

A guided movement practice that releases held tension in your connective tissues, creating physical space where the voice actually lives.

Your fascia is also not just connective tissue. It is the keeper of your stories. Fascia Flossing speaks the native language of this tissue and supports the release of emotional residue that is no longer supporting your journey.

2. Guided Impact Circle - 60 min

Just as fascia flossing is guided by the intelligence of the Chinese meridians, our impact circle is guided by the intelligence of nature.

A few days before we gather, each participant receives a small, unique prompt. A fragment of nature's wisdom to sit with and begin the journey before we gather, if you feel called to it.

Expect a guided exploration — part facilitated practice, part sacred listening — that moves each of us toward our impact with clarity and grounded force.

AGENDA

A stylized black heart with a flame-like outline surrounding a heart shape, set against a dark background with purple highlights.

WHAT THIS IS... AND WHAT THIS IS NOT

Our fascia flossing practice is flowy - but don't expect your typical yoga class

Our circle is for expression and impact, but it's not singing lesson or a public speaking course

WHAT TO BRING

  • Your own yoga mat

  • 1 or 2 Yoga blocks if you have them at home

  • Water bottle

A handwritten-style heart with an arrow through it, and a small dark object above it. The background is clear or white.

Space, Freedom & Embodied Impact

When tension and stories held for years are finally released, the body feels less like something to manage and more like somewhere to be fully alive again, the only real ground for impact.

Clarity & Confidence to use your Voice

In community, something shifts. What emerges in circle acts as an acupuncture point: precise, alive, moving you forward with energy and ease. You leave with a clearer sense of the spark that makes you you, so you can show up and .. kick ass.

WHAT THIS PRACTICE OPENS UP
