WHY THIS, WHY NOW
You know that ideas don't change the world. Voices do.
We live in a time of extraordinary noise and surprising silence. More platforms than ever, and yet so many of us feel unheard, even by ourselves. This workshop is an invitation back.
Over two and a half hours, we invite you into movement, conversation and connection, with your own body, and with one another.
For and by impact makers who are ready to stop editing themselves.
You might recognise something in this:
- Maybe your voice feels dimmed, missing aliveness. It is not gone, but buried beneath years of adapting or performing.
- You've spent years becoming articulate and your ideas are clear in your head. Getting them into the room, with full embodied presence and force, is another matter entirely.
- And ... something in you is ready to step forward.
WHAT THIS IS
A guided journey into the deep intelligence of the body and the community, to release, reconnect, and find the ground from which your impact moves.
1 · Fascia Flossing
A guided movement practice that releases held tension in your connective tissues, creating physical space where the voice actually lives: in the chest, the neck but also the full body.
Your fascia is also not just connective tissue. It is the keeper of your stories. Fascia Flossing speaks the native language of this tissue and supports the release of emotional residue that is no longer supporting your journey.
2 · Guided Impact Circle
Just as fascia flossing is guided by the intelligence of the Chinese meridians, our impact circle is guided by the intelligence of nature.
A few days before we gather, each participant receives a small, unique prompt. A fragment of nature's wisdom to sit with and begin the journey before we gather, if you feel called to it.
Expect a guided exploration — part facilitated practice, part sacred listening — that moves each of us toward our impact with clarity and grounded force.
WHAT THIS IS... AND WHAT THIS IS NOT
- Our fascia flossing practice is flowy - but don't expect your typical yoga class
- Our circle is for expression and impact, but it's not singing lesson or a public speaking course
- And last but not least, this is not a place for life tips, but a space to make meaning together
WHAT THIS PRACTICE OPENS UP
Space, Freedom & Embodied Impact
When tension held in the chest and upper body is finally released through fascia flossing, the conversation with your body can start again. And the body feels less like something to manage and more like somewhere to be fully alive again, the only real ground for impact.
Clarity & Confidence to use your Voice
In community, something shifts. What emerges in circle acts as an acupuncture point: precise, alive, moving you forward with energy and ease. You leave with a clearer sense of the spark that makes you you, before the world told you who to be. So you can show up and kick ass.

FAQ
What is fascia, and what is fascia flossing?
Fascia is one of the great wonders of the body, still mysterious in its magnitude, and still being understood by science. It is the living connective tissue that runs through your entire body, wrapping itself around every structure: organs, joints, blood vessels, nerves, lymph, down to the level of the cells themselves. It has no fixed shape of its own. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is called the formless organ, the form that has no form. And yet it very much forms us. In TCM, the rivers and pathways of fascia are understood as conduits for Qi, the life force that connects, nourishes, and enables communication across tissues, organs, and cells, from the inside out and the outside in.
Fascia is also the keeper of your stories. Every tension held, every moment of contraction, every time you made yourself smaller: fascia holds that too.
Previously, we could only access this tissue from the outside in, through deep tissue massage, foam rolling, or Rolfing. Fascia Flossing works differently. It transforms the deepest tissues from the inside out, through targeted, accessible movements that speak the native language of this tissue. The result is unwound patterns, released tension, restored ease, and space where your voice actually lives.
I'm not interested in singing or creating my own podcast, can I still join?
Absolutely. This is not a singing class, a performance, or a public speaking course. "Voice" here means your full expression: your story, your truth, your presence. Whether you're navigating a life transition, craving more clarity, or simply feeling like something in you is ready to be heard, this workshop is for you.
What can I expect in the circle?
A few days before, you'll receive a small personal, nature-inspired prompt to sit with, if you feel called to it.
When the circle gathers, dip your toes or dive in ! This is entirely up to you, and up to the moment. There is no script, no performance, no hierarchy, no right or wrong way to show up.
Our one community guideline: throw sunshine, not shade. The circle is intentionally designed and held as a relational space, one where the presence of others makes it possible to say what you couldn't say alone, so that whatever wants to emerge is welcome. Arrive ready to listen as much as to speak.
Do I need to be fit or flexible to join the fascia flossing movement practice?
Not at all. You don't need experience. You just need to show up. The movement practice is anatomy-informed, low impact, and accessible to anyone willing to show up with curiosity. We move to reveal, not to perform.
How long is the workshop and what's included?
It's a 2.5 hour morning workshop. You'll move through a guided fascia flossing practice, followed by a nature wisdom inspired guided circle.
The movement practice and the circle take place on your own mat — no partner work.
How big is the group?
Places are intentionally limited to keep the space intimate and held.
