You don't need to be more flexible.

What the practice supports

Got tech neck, tension headaches, or chronic stiffness? Or recurring pain from hypermobility that leaves you hurting after traditional yoga classes? There will be something in the studio for that. But more than targeted relief, this is a whole-body invitation, to reverse long-held patterns, renew your connective tissues, and come home to yourself.
